Student Success

The Office of Student Success is here to walk with you, from the first year to graduation. We offer services such as tutoring, seminars, academic coaching, or even just a listening ear. We are excited to not just see you make it through college, but be transformed.

Jennifer Tharp

Welcome from the Associate Provost

In Student Success, our goal is that every student at King’s will be equipped for learning and thriving in college. We love partnering with King’s students one-on-one as they work toward their academic goals, from first-year students to seniors, and we offer small group tutoring for many classes at King’s. In our seminars, students learn to re-imagine approaches to coursework, exams, and the responsibilities of college life. We also equip Faculty Assistants and House Scholars to offer valuable peer support.

What We Do

We offer year-round academic advising to help students align their academic programs to their long-term goals. Students may also bring questions regarding change of major, four-year plans, degree audits, and study abroad opportunities to the Director of Academic Advising Danise Stokeld.
